Our venue can accommodate up to 400 guests.

 Please fill out the information form on the contact page. We will immediately contact you to schedule an appointment and provide you with the information you request. 

 Your agreement will list the times that you have rented the space and access times.

 No, your deposit is not refundable.

 Your party will need to conclude at midnight (12:00 a.m.).

 There are multiple areas where your guests can park directly around the building at meters and surface areas.

 Final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event along with a signed banquet event order to Catering Creations. Catering Creations will relay this information to Founders One • Nine for setup, layout and final plans.

 The outdoor green space can accommodate 150 guests.

 Yes, Founders One Nine will provide a list of preferred vendors, all whom provide excellent quality and competitive pricing. These vendors are very familiar with the facility and provide our guests with superior service. You are more than welcome to use vendors that are not on our list with our approval. We will only withhold approval if we know of problems with a specific vendor.

 We have our own Award Winning Executive Chef and a highly talented Culinary Team. We do not permit outside caterers…but then, why would you want to?
